How it works

Practical support, built around real life.

  • Session 1 is 2–3 hours.
  • Session 2 is 2 hours.
  • Session 3 is 2 hours.
  • Sessions are usually spaced with 2 weeks between sessions 1 and 2, then 4–6 weeks before session 3.
  • Additional travel cost may apply over 30 minutes from HD8.
£595 for a 3-session package, up to 30 minutes travel from HD8. One-off sessions are £250 for 2–3 hours.

  • Regular WhatsApp updates and check-ins.
  • Homework between sessions so progress continues at home.
  • Tweaks between sessions where needed.
  • Access to the client WhatsApp group once sessions have started.
  • Opportunity to attend official client pack walks once assessed as ready.
